Hi everyone,
I write having just returned from sunny Arizona, where I was visiting the NASA Region 2 Conference (no, not that NASA). The weekend was packed with stellar performances: thanks to the hard work of the University of Arizona saxophone studio, I caught works by Biedenbender, Pann, Mellits, Zoulek, and on and on. I also saw a smattering of premieres, including AJ Pratt and Hannah Creviston’s performance of my piece for tenor sax with piano, good cloud days.

Listen to an excerpt below, and catch the full piece on AJ’s Masters Recital–this Saturday, March 30th. The performance is at the University of Arizona, or you can join me in the online audience.
